Conversation View is useful in some ways but it can often lead to difficulty in finding certains emails, specially for those who are used to classic inboxes listing emails individually. Fortunately, it is easy to switch between conversation and message list views in Office 365 Outlook Web App (OWA).
Step 1: Click on your Inbox.
Step 2: Look for a Filter drop down menu just above the Inbox. Click on the Filter menu.
Step 3: Select Show As > Messages.
That’s it! Now, you have an Inbox which will display messages individually instead of showing them as a group.
