Memory: Very fast 4 GB Dual Channel DDR3 RAM.  Great for multi-tasking.  Will run Windows 7 and most applications without any slowdown.  Sufficient RAM for normal computer usage. 6 GB would be better for intense gaming.

Display: 15.6″ Display. No LED Backlit Display, may drain battery faster. Very high 1600 x 900 pixels resolution. Great for enjoying High Definition video games.

Optical Drive: Comes with dual layer DVD Writer. Can make DVDs upto 8.5 GB in size.

Graphics: Features dedicated ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5850 1GB graphics card. Can handle the most intense 3D games.

Wireless: Features integrated 802.11 b/g/n adapter.  802.11N offers stronger signal reception. Also has an ethernet port. Dell Wireless 365 Bluetooth capable device.

Others: Has built in webcam and microphone. Has an HDMI output for connection to HDTV. Contains 3 USB ports. Has built in memory card reader. This is useful for reading cards commonly used by digital cameras and mobile phones. Has infrared receiver. Internal high definition surround sound to provide better game playing experience.

Battery: 8 Cell Lithium ion Battery. Estimated battery life is an amazing 8 hours.

Overall Rating: Ideal for heavy gamers. Can handle most graphic intense games.  Weighs 4.08 kg, bit heavy but considering it’s a gaming laptop, it’s expected. Look for a price range near $1500 – $1700.
