Currently, Lucky Mobile offers its services to Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario. Lucky Mobile was primarily built to take on cheaper brands offered by other major mobile phone companies such as Chatr Mobile (owned by Rogers) and Public Mobile (owned by Telus). The company is geared towards new comers to Canada who have limited budget set aside for mobile phones and mobile phone plans. Therefore, Lucky Mobile offers four low end smartphones to its customers which start at as low as $60. This guide will help you with selecting the right Lucky Mobile phone.

ZTE Axon 7 Mini – Lucky Mobile Phone Review

At $150 outright sale price, the ZTE Axon 7 Mini provides excellent value for the money. The phone boasts 5.2″ display, Quad Core processor, 32GB Internal Memory, 3GB RAM, Wifi capability, 16MP Rear Camera and 8MP Front Facing Camera. The full metal aluminum body gives it a nice sleek look. A fingerprint sensor adds extra security to the device. The battery life is decent with 15 Hours of talk time and 270 hours of standby time. It takes about 90 minutes to fully charge the phone. Internal storage is sufficient to store large amount of videos and pictures. The storage is expandable to 128GB with microSD card. The 3GB RAM is not the best in its class, but will be adequate for running most popular apps. 1920 x 1080 screen resolution is great for vibrant display. At $150, this phone does not disappoint.

LG K4 (2017) Lucky Mobile Phone Review

Offered to Lucky Mobile customers for $110. The phone is 7.9mm thick and boasts 5.0″ display, Quad Core processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB Internal Storage, 5MP Front and Rear Cameras and wi-fi capability. The phone lacks sufficient internal storage at only 8GB. Also, 1GB Memory is not adequate for running most apps smoothly. 480 x 854 screen resolution is poor for 5.0″ display. This phone is ideal for those who are not heavy app users and mostly stick to talking and texting.

Alcatel U50™ Lucky Mobile Phone Review

Very low end budget phone offered at $90 to Lucky Mobile customers. The phone has 5″ screen, 8GB Internal Storage, Quad Core Processor, 5MP Rear Facing Camera and 2MP Front Facing Camera, Wi-Fi capability and weighs 156grams. Similar to LG K4, the phone lacks sufficient internal storage at only 8GB. Also, 1GB Memory is not adequate for running most apps smoothly. The rear camera quality is poor at 5MP and the images generated by the 2MP front camera will be pixelated. The phone is mostly suitable for light usage.

Alcatel Go Flip™ Lucky Mobile Phone Review

The Alcatel Go Flip flip phone costs a mere $60 for Lucky Mobile customers. The phone is suitable for those who like to stick to the old fashioned physical keyboards. The phone has basic 4GB internal storage, 2MP rear camera, Wi-Fi capability and runs on KaiOS operating system. If you are tight on budget and need a phone for simply talking and some texting, go for this option. Otherwise, this phone is not suitable for running popular apps.
