Is WPToolkit.com Really Legal?

The flexibility of GPL licensing actually allows WPToolkit.com to redistribute the premium themes at a lower cost. It is not fair but allowed.

Do They Really Offer Premium Themes and Plugins?

Yes, WPToolkit actually offers premium themes like Divi, Genesis, etc. They also offer premium plugins like Gravity forms, Monarch, and so on. This is done through a customized WP Toolkit plugin which allows you to browse the themes and install them with a simple click.

Though, the themes are premium, the collection lacks the most popular premium themes available in the market today. You will be left with only few choices which may meet your needs. But, if you are looking into purchasing a theme from one of the developers like Elegant Themes, then buying the entire package from WPToolKit.com will be cheaper and more cost effective than buying an individual theme. That is because, an individual theme can cost the same amount as the lifetime subscription to WPToolKit.com. 

Note: Theme developers usually assign a license key with their theme purchase. This is not available through WP Toolkit. Setup and Usage

Using WP Toolkit is quite simple. After you sign up, you will be provided with instructions to download the WP Toolkit plugin. Install it in your WordPress site and enter the API key provided by WP Toolkit to activate your plugin. A WP Toolkit menu will now appear in your side bar in the Admin panel.
