If you have an account setup with Office 365, visit https://outlook.office365.com/owa/ from your mobile phone to access the secure login page. The link takes you to an official website hosted by Microsoft Office 365.
Once there, enter your company email address. The site will then take you to your company specific website where it will ask you for your login credentials. Enter your password and you will be able to access your emails and calendar from your phone.
If your company is not setup for Office 365 yet and just uses Microsoft Exchange Server to provide email service then do the following:
Visit https://webmail.[yourcompany].com/owa. Replace [yourcompany] with the domain name of your corporate site. If this doesn’t work, open your Outlook using a computer and click on File, then look for Account Settings under which there is a link for accessing the account on the web. Type in that link in your phone and enter your login credentials.
That’s it! Bookmark the page in your phone’s browser and you can access your emails from anywhere.
