How to Increase the Font Size of Outlook Inbox

The default font size for Microsoft Outlook inbox is very tiny, usually just 8pt depending on your screen resolution.  This small font size may be too small for people who wear glasses or have poor vision. The following steps will help you increase the font size of your overall inbox.

Step 1: Open the View Settings using one of the following methods. Either click on View Tab and then click on View Settings or right click on your inbox message list area and click on View Settings.

Step 2: Click on Other Settings

Step 3: Click on Column Font and Row Font buttons to increase the size of your inbox font size.

That’s it! This will increase the font size of the message list in your inbox.
